4. Payment
4.1 Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis.
4.2 Minimum payout thresholds may apply. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
4.3 Payments will be made via bank transfer.
5. Prohibited Activities
5.1 You may not engage in any activity that violates our intellectual property rights or those of third parties.
5.2 You may not engage in misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices.
5.3 You may not bid on Battle Supps trademarked terms or variations thereof in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.
6. Term and Termination
6.1 These Terms will begin upon your acceptance into the Program and will continue until terminated by either party.
6.2 Either party may terminate these Terms at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party.
7. Modification
7.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Battle Supps regarding your participation in the Program.
10.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
